80 Construction of references
Unless the contrary intention appears, on and after the commencement of Part 2 of the Wage Theft Amendment Act 2025, in any Act, subordinate instrument, agreement or other document (other than this Act), as far as it relates to any period after that commencement—
(a)
a reference to the Wage Theft Act 2020 is to be construed as a reference to the Workforce Inspectorate Victoria Act 2020; and
(b)
a reference to the Wage Inspectorate Victoria is to be construed as a reference to the Workforce Inspectorate Victoria.
