Claims to be made against principal

In force

If an individual referred to in clause 9(1)(c)(iii) or (iv)—

(a)

is deemed under clause 9(5) to be a worker employed by the principal; and

(b)

makes a claim for compensation under this Act in relation to an injury arising out of, or in the course, of being so employed—

the claim must be made against the principal within the meaning of clause 9.
