Adjustment of premium after review
473 Adjustment of premium after review
This section applies if, as the result of a review of a premium under section 472, the Authority is of the opinion that the amount calculated as the premium was not, or is not, calculated in accordance with the relevant premiums order.
The Authority must, by notice in writing given to the employer, adjust the amount of the premium so that the amount is the amount calculated in accordance with the relevant premiums order.
A notice to an employer under subsection (2) must state the amount of premium that is payable, or that should have been paid, for the relevant premium period.
On the giving of the notice to the employer, the amount stated under subsection (2) becomes the premium payable by the employer.
