6 Inquiries into and investigations of fraud etc.
For the purposes of section 586 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013, an inquiry or investigation must be conducted—
(a)
with due care; and
(b)
objectively; and
(c)
with regard for the legal rights of the person or persons whose activities are being inquired into or investigated.
