In section 16(3)(a) of the Infringements Act 2006—

(a)

for "clause 4 of Schedule 3 to the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "Chapter 17 of the Youth Justice Act 2024";

(b)

for "an enforcement order under that Schedule" substitute "a CAYPINS enforcement order or a CAYPINS cancellation order within the meaning of that Act".
