(1)
In section 40(4) of the Infringements Act 2006, for "Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "Youth Justice Act 2024".
(2)
In the note at the foot of section 40(4) of the Infringements Act 2006, for "section 344A of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 and clause 17 of Schedule 3 to that Act" substitute "sections 148 and 744 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
