598 Quorum
(1)
Subject to subsection (2) and sections 596 and 597(3), a quorum at any meeting of the Youth Parole Board consists of the chairperson and one other member.
(2)
If consideration is being given to the transfer to a prison of a child or young person detained in a youth justice custodial centre, a quorum at any meeting of the Youth Parole Board (including a meeting of a division of the Board) consists of the chairperson or an acting chairperson and 2 other members.
