601 Youth Parole Board secretary or member may act on behalf of Youth Parole Board
(1)
If the Youth Parole Board has heard and determined a matter, the secretary of the Youth Parole Board or a member of the Board, on behalf of the Board, may sign and issue all necessary orders and documents relating to that matter.
(2)
An order or document signed under subsection (1) has effect as if signed by all the members of the Youth Parole Board.
