42 Availability of facilities and services provided from public moneys
Any facilities or services provided or made available by —
any department of the State or any agency, authority or instrumentality of the Crown in right of the State; or
any body or organisation where the facilities or services are made available by the body or organisation wholly or principally from moneys derived from the Consolidated Account, or moneys supplied to it by a department, agency, authority or instrumentality of the Crown in right of the State,
shall be provided for or made available to persons of Aboriginal descent in like manner as they are provided for or made available to persons generally.
