18 Time limit for making submissions under s. 18A(7) of Act
(1)
If a person proposes to make a submission under section 18A(7) of the Act in relation to an application, they must do so within 28 days after the day on which section 18A(5)(a) of the Act is complied with.
(2)
The Premier may extend the time limit under subregulation (1), but only once in any particular case.
