19 Time limit for making determination under s. 18A(9) of Act
(1)
If the Premier gives a direction under section 18A(3)(a) of the Act, the Premier must determine the application within 28 days after the last day on which a submission may be made under section 18A(7) of the Act, or as soon as practicable after that.
(2)
If the Premier gives a direction under section 18A(3)(b) of the Act, the Premier must determine the application within 28 days after the day on which the application, with recommendations, is referred to the Premier, or as soon as practicable after that.
