Person wishing to adopt child in Convention country, State Central Authority to report on

In force

If a person —

(a)

wishes to adopt a child in a Convention country; and

(b)

is on the register of the names of persons who are approved by the adoption applications committee,

the State Central Authority is to prepare and send a report that complies with Article 15 of the Hague Convention to the Central Authority of the Convention country.
