General requirements for lodged documents

In force

Unless the Commissioner otherwise approves and without limiting section 166 of the Act, a document lodged with the Commissioner —

(a)

must be of A4 size; and

(b)

must be legibly and clearly printed, written or otherwise produced in a permanent manner; and

(c)

must be capable of being copied in a manner that is satisfactory to the Commissioner.
