16 Disclosing information obtained under s. 14 or 15, offence
A person who under section 14 or 15 —
(a)
obtains information in connection with the privatisation of the Bank; and
(b)
has agreed or is otherwise under a duty not to disclose the information to others,
commits an offence if the person breaches the agreement or the duty without lawful excuse.
Penalty: $100 000.
