77I Betting account closure
If an account holder requests that the provider close their betting account, the provider must —
(a)
immediately cease to accept new bets from the holder; and
(b)
close the betting account as soon as practicable after any existing bet is settled.
Penalty: for an individual or a body corporate, a fine of $1 000.
