106 Consultation on proposed plan
Before making an interim recovery plan the CEO —
(a)
must consult with the Commission if the proposed plan relates to a threatened species or threatened ecological community on land vested in that body or is otherwise relevant to the functions of that body; and
(b)
may consult with any other person or body who or which appears to the CEO to be likely to be affected in a material way by the proposed plan.
