214 Effect of entry warrant
(1)
An entry warrant has effect according to its contents and this section.
(2)
An entry warrant comes into force when it is issued by a JP.
(3)
An entry warrant authorises the wildlife officer executing the warrant, during the period of the warrant —
(a)
to enter the place or vehicle described in the warrant; and
(b)
to exercise the powers conferred by Division 2.
