219 Recovery of costs of remedial action
(1)
The CEO may recover the reasonable costs incurred in taking remedial action from a person bound by the relevant instrument in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the State.
(2)
If more than one person is bound by the relevant instrument, each of those persons is jointly and severally liable for the costs referred to in subsection (1).
