245 Enforcement of remediation order under s. 243(1)(a)
(1)
If the CEO considers that a remediation order made under section 243(1)(a) has been contravened, the CEO may apply to the court that made the remediation order for an order under subsection (3).
(2)
The application must be made in accordance with the regulations.
(3)
After considering the application, the court may —
(a)
amend the remediation order; or
(b)
cancel the remediation order and make an order under section 243(1)(b); or
(c)
dismiss the application.
