246 Enforcement of remediation order under s. 243(1)(b)
(1)
If the amount payable to a person under a remediation order made under section 243(1)(b) is not paid within the specified time, the person may enforce the order by lodging a certified copy of it in a court of competent jurisdiction.
(2)
When lodged, the remediation order is to be taken to be a judgment of the court and may be enforced accordingly.
(3)
No fee is to be charged for a certified copy of the remediation order or for lodging it.
