262 Publication, amendment and revocation of guidelines
(1)
Guidelines issued under section 260 or 261 must be published in the prescribed way.
(2)
The Minister may at any time amend or revoke guidelines issued under section 260 or 261.
(3)
An amendment or revocation under subsection (2) must be published in the prescribed way.
