264 Status of guidelines
(1)
Guidelines issued under section 260 or 261 are not subsidiary legislation for the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1984.
(2)
If there is a conflict or inconsistency between a provision of this Act and a provision of guidelines issued under section 260 or 261, the provision of this Act prevails.
