Giving certain notices

In force

(1)

In this section —

notice means an environmental pest notice or a notice under section 50(1).

(2)

If for any reason it is not reasonably practicable to give a notice to a person in accordance with section 266, the notice may be given by publishing a copy of the notice in the prescribed way.

(3)

A notice given under subsection (2) —

(a)

may be directed to any number of owners or occupiers of land; and

(b)

is to be taken to be given to the owner and occupier of any land specified in the notice.
