277 Review of Act
(1)
The Minister must carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act as soon as is practicable after every 5th anniversary of the commencement of this section.
(2)
In the course of each review the Minister must consider and have regard to —
(a)
the objects of this Act; and
(b)
the adequacy of the penalties imposed under this Act; and
(c)
any other matters that appear to the Minister to be relevant to the operation and effectiveness of this Act.
(3)
The Minister must prepare a report based on each review and, as soon as is practicable after the report is prepared, cause it to be laid before each House of Parliament.
