279 Subsidiary legislation repealed
The following subsidiary legislation is repealed:
(a)
the Wildlife Conservation Regulations 1970;
(b)
the Wildlife Conservation (Reptiles and Amphibians) Regulations 2002;
(c)
any notice made under the Wildlife Conservation Act 1950 section 6(2), (4) or (6), 14(2) or (4), 18(1) or 23F(2) that is in force immediately before the day on which section 278 comes into operation.
