280 Consents under Wildlife Conservation Act 1950 s. 23F
(1)
In this section —
commencement day means the day on which section 278 comes into operation.
(2)
A consent to take rare flora given under the Wildlife Conservation Act 1950 section 23F and in force immediately before commencement day is to be taken to be an authorisation given under section 40 to take that flora.
