39 Notification of Minister’s decision
(1)
In this section —
nomination does not include a nomination rejected under section 38(3).
(2)
The Minister must give a person who makes a nomination written notice of the Minister’s decision on the listing, amendment or repeal the subject of the nomination.
(3)
If the Minister’s decision is that the listing, amendment or repeal is not to be made, the notice must include the reasons for the decision.
