44 Term used: modify
In this Division —
modify, in relation to an occurrence of a threatened ecological community, means to take action that results in —
(a)
the modification of the occurrence of the threatened ecological community to such an extent that the occurrence is unlikely to recover —
(i)
its species composition or structure; or
(ii)
its species composition and structure;
or
(b)
the destruction of the occurrence of the threatened ecological community.
