45 Minister may authorise modification of occurrence of threatened ecological community
(1)
The Minister may, by instrument, authorise a person (including a public authority) to modify an occurrence of a threatened ecological community.
(2)
An application for authorisation must be in a form approved by the CEO.
(3)
The Minister may, by instrument, amend or revoke an authorisation given under this section.
