102 Managed fauna
(1)
Fauna of a species specified in Schedule 4 is managed fauna for the purposes of sections 149, 152 and 153 of the Act in the local government districts specified opposite the species in that Schedule.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to fauna that is to be taken for a commercial purpose.
