172 Listing of extinct species
The specially protected fauna notice is, in relation to the fauna referred to in clause 3(d) of the notice, taken to be an order made by the Minister under section 23(1) of the Act, subject to the modification that a species of fauna specified in Schedule 4 of the notice is taken to be an extinct species in the category of extinct species.
The rare flora notice is, in relation to the flora referred to in clause 3(d) of the notice, taken to be an order made by the Minister under section 23(1) of the Act, subject to the modification that a species of flora specified in Schedule 4 of the notice is taken to be an extinct species in the category of extinct species.
