18 Provisions relating to dealing
Without limiting any other provision of these regulations, a licence authorising dealing in fauna may include terms or conditions that provide for 1 or more of the following —
the fauna that may be purchased or supplied under the licence;
the portion or part of the fauna that may be purchased or supplied;
the site or sites where the fauna, or any fauna product, must be stored (including limits on the amount of fauna, or fauna products, that may be stored at a particular site);
the site or sites where the fauna, or any fauna product, may be supplied;
a requirement for genetic, health or other testing of the fauna or any fauna products;
a requirement that the holder of the licence must ensure that the licence (or a copy of the licence) is kept on public display at any premises used for the purposes of the licence.
