22 Related disturbing and possessing
(1)
Without limiting any other provision of these regulations, a licence that authorises the taking of fauna may also authorise the disturbing of fauna to any extent specified in the licence.
(2)
Without limiting any other provision of these regulations, a licence may authorise the possession of fauna to any extent specified in the licence.
