75 Timing of application for renewal of licence
In this regulation —
expiry day, in relation to a licence, means the day on which the licence is due to expire.
An application for the renewal of a licence must be made at least 15 business days before the expiry day of the licence.
The CEO may, at the request of the holder of the licence, accept an application made less than 15 business days before the expiry day if the CEO is satisfied that there is sufficient time to determine the application before the expiry day.
If an application has been made in accordance with this regulation then the licence continues to have effect until the application is determined, unless it is sooner cancelled or suspended under this Part.
