73 Application for licence or renewal of licence
(1)
A person may apply to the CEO for a licence or for the renewal of a licence.
(2)
An application must —
(a)
be made in the manner and form approved by the CEO; and
(b)
include all information required by the form approved under paragraph (a); and
(c)
be accompanied by any other information (including information verified by statutory declaration) that the CEO requires.
