88 Notice of proposed cancellation or suspension
If the CEO proposes to cancel or suspend a licence, the CEO must give the holder of the licence written notice of the proposal and the CEO’s reasons for the proposal.
The notice must state that within a specified period after the notice is given, the person to whom it is given may make written representations to the CEO concerning the proposal.
The CEO must consider any representations made within the period specified in the notice before giving effect to the proposal.
The period specified in the notice must not be less than —
15 business days in the case of a proposal to cancel a licence; or
2 business days in the case of a proposal to suspend a licence.
