89 Review of decisions
(1)
In this regulation —
person affected means —
(a)
in relation to a reviewable decision about an application, the applicant; or
(b)
in relation to any other reviewable decision, the holder of the licence to which the decision relates;
reviewable decision means a decision of the CEO under this Part to —
(a)
refuse to grant or renew a licence; or
(b)
amend a licence, or refuse an application to amend a licence; or
(c)
impose a condition on a licence; or
(d)
cancel or suspend a licence.
(2)
A person affected by a reviewable decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision.
