90 Licence document to be returned
(1)
The CEO may require the holder of a licence to return the licence document to the CEO in the following circumstances —
(a)
if the licence is amended, so that the CEO may issue a replacement licence document;
(b)
if the licence is cancelled or suspended;
(c)
if the licence is not renewed.
(2)
A person who is required to return a licence document under subregulation (1) must comply with the requirement.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
