Information available on department’s electronic site

In force

(1)

Particulars of the following must be published on, or accessible through, the department’s electronic site —

(a)

the lists referred to in section 158;

(b)

information about how to apply for an import permit;

(c)

any code or subsidiary legislation adopted by regulations under section 190 and any amendments made to it from time to time that have been adopted;

(d)

each code of practice issued or approved under section 191;

(e)

information prescribed for the purposes of this section (if any).

(2)

The Director General may publish other information on the department’s electronic site.
