178 Description of person or land
(1)
A document required by this Act to be given to the owner or occupier of any land may, if the name of the owner or occupier is not known, be addressed to the owner or occupier by the description of the “owner” or “occupier” of the land, describing it, in respect of which the notice is given, without further name or description.
(2)
In a document a description of the land affected by it is sufficient if the description allows of no reasonable doubt as to the land affected, despite the description not particularly defining the land.
