50 Functions of Biosecurity Council
The functions of the Biosecurity Council are —
(a)
to advise the Minister or the Director General, as the case requires, on any matter related to biosecurity, whether referred to the Council by the Minister or the Director General or of its own motion; and
(b)
if the Minister so approves, to advise any other Minister on any matter related to biosecurity.
