51 Annual report
(1)
The Biosecurity Council must on or before 30 November in each year make and submit to the Minister an annual report of its proceedings for the year ending on the preceding 30 June.
(2)
The Minister must cause a copy of the annual report to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days of the House after the report is received by the Minister.
