68 Applying for entry warrant
(1)
An inspector may apply to a justice for an entry warrant authorising the entry of a place for inspection purposes.
(2)
An inspector may apply for an entry warrant for a place even if, under Division 2, the inspector may enter the place without an entry warrant.
(3)
The application must be in accordance with section 69 and must include the prescribed information (if any).
