70 Issuing an entry warrant

(1)

A justice may issue an entry warrant if satisfied that it is necessary for an inspector to enter a place for inspection purposes.

(2)

An entry warrant must contain —

(a)

a reasonably particular description of the place to which it relates; and

(b)

a reasonably particular description of the inspection purpose for which entry to the place is required; and

(c)

the period in which it may be executed; and

(d)

the date and time when it was issued; and

(e)

any other prescribed matter.
