7 Unauthorized entry

(1)

A person must not, without permission, enter any part of the designated land that is comprised predominantly of native flora except on a road, track or path designated for use by pedestrians or vehicles or both.

Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.

(2)

A person must not, without permission, enter or attempt to enter the designated land except through an entrance provided by the Authority for that purpose.

Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.

(3)

A person must not, without permission, enter any part of the designated land that is set apart by the Authority for the cultivation of flowers, plants, shrubs or young trees.

Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
