104 Directions generally
(1)
In this section —
direction means a direction under section 101(1)(j) or (2) or 102(1).
(2)
A direction may be given orally or in writing unless section 102(3) applies.
(3)
A person must not without reasonable excuse fail to comply with a direction given to the person.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
105. Obstruction of authorised persons etc.
A person must not hinder or obstruct an authorised person, or a person assisting an authorised person, exercising a power conferred by this Act.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
