47 Conditions of owner‑builder approval
(1)
An owner‑builder approval is subject to —
(a)
the condition that the owner‑builder may only carry out building work in respect of which there is a current building permit; and
(b)
any other conditions imposed by the Board; and
(c)
any other conditions imposed under this Act.
(2)
The regulations may provide for conditions of approval.
