48 Conditions imposed by Board
(1)
The Board may impose conditions on an owner‑builder approval —
(a)
when granting the approval; or
(b)
during the currency of the approval.
(2)
The Board may vary or revoke conditions imposed under this section.
(3)
The imposition, variation or revocation of a condition during the currency of an approval does not take effect until written notice, including notice of the owner‑builder’s right of review under section 64, is given to the owner‑builder.
