17 Notification following determination
(1)
Where the Company makes a determination of the grade in accordance with section 43 of the Act it shall notify the grower or his representative of the determination.
(2)
Where the Department makes a determination of the grade in accordance with section 43 of the Act the Department shall inform the Company and the grower or his representative, of the terms of the determination.
