26 Sale after 30 September by Company
Where the Company elects to sell grain after 30 September, next following its receipt, it —
(a)
may sell it in one or more parcels, in one or more different sales, or separately or together with any other grain —
[(i) deleted]
(ii)
at market price as defined by section 16 of the Act; or
(iii)
at the best price the Company can obtain inside or outside the State,
and may do all things necessary and incidental to complete such a sale or sales.
